For external use only. Each patch contains 10mg of CBD. Recommended usage is 1 patch per day. Ensure skin is clean, dry and free of hair. Apply the patch directly onto any area of the body that is not covered in hair, avoiding the face, neck and genital area. Replace patch after 24 hours. After removing the patch some adhesive or residue may remain on your skin, this will wash away easily with soap and warm water. Do not use more than 7 patches in any 24-hour period.
